Fully fitted kitchen with marble worktops, fridge, fridge freezer, ice maker, washing machine, intergrated dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, deep fat fryer and wine cooler. Access onto verandah and into garden.

Living Room

Log fire, pizza oven, seating, sofa bed, satellite TV and DVD/CD player. There is also selection of games and guides to the region. We also have a book library - just swap your used book for another. Two double doors lead onto verandah.

Bedroom 1

Double bed with bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers with mirror above, and double doors leading onto the verandah.

Shower Room

Shower, w.c., bidet and basin with storage underneath and mirror.

First Floor

Bedroom 2

Double bed with bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers with mirror above, and double doors leading to balcony overlooking the sea.

Bedroom 3

Swing chair for two, and uninterrupted views over the bay.

Grounds

The villa is accessed via electrically operated gates that open into a concrete driveway that provides ample parking for 4/5 cars. The gardens are of lawn and gravel with trees providing shady areas. There are loungers and hammocks for lazing, and a built in B-B-Q for 'al fresco' cooking.
